1. East Midlands, South-East, Greater London                [East: none yet, most welcome]
After publishing the May issue, we enquired & find that folk in the ‘North Lincolnshire’ & ‘North East Lincolnshire’ areas of the former Humberside would, not surprisingly, prefer to be Lincolnshire ~ the "Yorks & Humber" region seems to be about as  unpopular as the idea of "Avon" in the west of England!
So we’ll have ‘Yorkshire’ rather than ‘Yorks & Humber’ -- and now all of Lincolnshire coming under ‘East Midlands’.
Therefor our East Midlands page would look something like this - added Lincolnshire - Jan and Paul’s news (currently under Yorks & Humber on p.38 as printed & on PDF download of May issue).  Plus, since publication, we have added LEICESTERSHIRE FOLK DIARY.
Note - for Sept. 2025 , we'll be adding  FOLKONWIGHT, as below.
Also on this site ~ see   Updates  (& send your news), and  Info page (for membership, sales discounts, ads)

Keeping Folk In Touch:  see  UPDATES webpage  for Updates, plus our free "Updates" email list (6-12/year) covering all 3 publications

2. North-West, North-East, Yorkshire.
Since publication, added more Media details, so in future will start like this, replacing start of p.36
North-East region.
We are pleased to announce that Eileen Richardson has kindly volunteered to be our North-East Correspondent from September.
Eileen is a Wearside folk song collector, and the organiser of The Stumble Inn Folk & Acoustic Afternoon, Sunderland, 4th Tuesdays.
She is a regular at the Wilson's club, the Welly, as well as visiting Tynefolk and South Shields Folk Club.
Eileen Richardson, 07929 599851, or contact on Messenger, or email eileenrich<at>hotmail.com

We look forward to this new column!
And for Sept. 2025 , we'll also be adding NORTHUMBRIA FOLK MUSIC DIARY:
Yorkshire & The Humber:      next issue will be 'Yorkshire'.
Regions. Note - for Sept. 2025 Folklife West, Yorkshire instead of Yorks & Humber. The Yorkshire areas of Humberside to be included under Yorkshire, and the Lincolnshire areas of Humberside under Lincolnshire - so under East Midlands. Likewise with Directory areas.
Also, since May 2025 publication, added Sheffield Folk Guide details, so in future will be like this:
